Installation:

As of now please do a manual sql installation,
in which case you will load the chacha.sql
into your database.

This will be easy to those who have phpmyadmin

i.e for manual install console-based

First: create the database

Choose a database name
Choose a username
Choose a password
And remember your hostname or password.

example:

DBNAME: chacha
DBUSER: root
DBPASS: root
DBHOST: 192.168.0.1

You will use this in your conf.php file
located in folder

C:\htdocs\chacha\polerio\config

Second: Import the sql

mysql -uroot -proot chacha < c:\locationoffile\chacha.sql 
can be installed on linux also. 
Done. Install 

Please remember there are three
pre-defined users.  In Uname/Pass format

admin/admin
test1/test1
test2/test2

This have sample files in it.

Please be noted that your uploaded files in
located in (it can be changed in chacha settings)

C:\htdocs\chacha\uploadedfiles  Your DB config
settings can be changed at 

C:\htdocs\chacha\polerio\config 

Your Chacha settings can be changed at 

C:\htdocs\chacha\polerio\module\config 

I have made reference with the c:\ because
I tried and installed it in windows. It can also be
installed on Linux.  If you already know what you're
doing then better change all the passwords and remove
the test1, test2 users.  Enjoy.
